Every puzzle is a quotation written in a secret alphabet: each letter stands for a different one, the same letter always stands for the same one, and no letter stands for itself. Tap a letter in the puzzle, type your guess, and it fills every place that letter appears. Undo takes back your last change. Crack the substitution and the quote is yours.
Every quotation is in the public domain, published before 1930, and is credited to its author, the work it comes from and the year. A hint reveals one letter for certain; when your hints run out you can choose to watch a short video for another. The game is in English. It plays offline, with no accounts, no sign-in and nothing to set up.

I bought "Remove Ads" and the ads are back. The purchase is attached to the Google Play or Apple App Store account that bought it. Sign in with that account on the device, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. If the ads still appear, email the address above.
I bought "Remove Ads" but I still see an offer to watch a video. Remove Ads removes the ads shown between puzzles. Watching a video for an extra hint stays available, and it only ever plays when you tap it.
I want a refund. Refunds are handled by the store, not by Bloodhound Studios. Use the refund process in Google Play or the App Store.
I want to change my ad consent choices. Where privacy rules require a choice, Settings ▸ Privacy Options inside the app reopens it.
I want to erase my progress. Uninstall the app. Your progress is stored only on your device, nothing is kept anywhere else, and uninstalling removes all of it.
